In this Infographic we have come up with everyday job roles in an everyday warehouse but have designed everyone’s dream workforce and designated them job roles just like ones you have.
At the top of the chain there is always the director, the one that pulls the strings of the well oiled machine. The person in this position cannot be afraid to take a risk and make tough decisions. Therefore, who else could we put in this position other than the strategist that is Nick Fury. The founder of the Avengers is a born leader. He isn’t afraid of taking risks if his plan isn’t having enough effect and changing his initial plan of action.
As a supervisor of any business you need to have eyes everywhere, not letting anything go unseen and ensure your employees are working to the best of their ability. As he always knows his surroundings and doesn’t let anything go unseen, Hawkeye is the best man for the job. Nothing gets past this guy therefore, he will be able to track everything that happens around the workplace and ensure all employees are doing their jobs well.
Moving onto the customer service side of things and in this role we have placed everyone’s favorite X-Men, Wolverine. With his kind-hearted yet firm nature, Wolverine is an able voice of the company. He will be able to answer customer queries in a polite manner and deal with any complaints that may come his way.
Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and in good time, Iron Man is the perfect fit in the Operations Manager Role. Using, the Warehouse Management System Software, Tony Stark will be able to effectively organize his team of workers and improve the performance of the warehouse. He is a high level of intellect allows him to run the most efficient business. Captain America takes on the role of the General Manager. Acting as Iron Mans Right hand man, Mr. America inspires and motivates his team to deliver excellent results.
To market the warehouse effectively, you need a person who is capable of persuading potential customers and promoting the business effectively. Wouldn’t be great if your marketer could get into the heads of potential clients. Well with professor X you actually can. His mind manipulation powers allow his to easily gain clients at a very low cost making his marketing campaigns mind-blowingly good.
Getting onto the box packing role in the warehouse and who else can do this job like Spiderman. His acrobatic tricks and jumps makes the job look fairly glamourous. When he isn’t annoying work colleagues with his unnecessary web shooting, he is very quickly boxing up the warehouse ready for them to get dispatched.
Ensuring Spiderman’s job is being done with precision and accuracy you need to have a Quality Control Inspector. This is the person who goes through every single detail of the goods and boxing ensuing everything is in pristine condition before it leaves the warehouse. What superhero better for the job than Ant Man. This little guy is able to shrink down to the size of an ant and inspect every millimeter of the goods.
Your cherry picker broken again? That’s okay, introducing Rocket and Groot! Nothing is just out of reach for these two. With Rockets problem solving ability and Groot’s height, they are the perfect duo. Now in what workplace do you not need the god of thunder. Yeah that’s right you don’t need a god of thunder in any workplace but we had to include him in this infographic because who doesn’t love Thor!
Finally, onto the last role of the Warehouse, the Fork lift. In this workhouse, much like the cherry picker, a fork lift isn’t actually needed. Instead we have a big angry green monster. Hulk is much cheaper than a cherry picker too and can literally lift anything.
There you go, that’s our Superhero Workforce!
