We all feel stuck at some point in life. Sometimes our jobs are making us miserable, our relationships don’t feel fulfilling, or we wonder if we’re living up to our full potential. When you feel stuck, it’s a sign that there’s something that you need to change in your life. Unfortunately, most of us have a fear of change which can get in the way of true progress.
The key to overcoming these feelings is to try to distance yourself from the drama. This allows you to gain a better perspective.
Here are a few things you can do if you’re feeling stuck in life:
Listen to your thoughts
What you truly believe about both yourself and the world around you will shape your reality. If your head is filled with self-limiting statements and beliefs that are holding you back, how are you going to become unstuck? It’s key that you not only listen to these thoughts but change them to align with your dreams and goals. Keep a journal of what you’re thinking and check in throughout the day to see what you’re thinking. If you’re thinking negative thoughts, immediately replace them with the truth.
Be Whimsical
When you’re feeling stuck, you may have no clue what you should do to move forward. In this case, numerology can help. Numerology uses numbers to give you greater self knowledge through the revealing of hidden patterns. These empower you to make the best choices for your future. When you embrace something like numerology, you’re “letting go” of preconceived notions of what you should be doing and opening yourself up to any possibilities.
Talk about it
One thing I’ve noticed is that no one I know feels like they truly have their lives sorted. Especially since we’re all in our twenties. Some of us are travelling the world, others have just bought a house, and some are married with kids. We’re all in different stages and it can be easy to play the comparison game. But once you begin talking about it, you realise that no one is truly confident that they’ve got it all sorted out.
Talking about your feelings can help you sort through them. Plus, you quickly realise that others are in the same boat and also feeling stuck so you can trade advice.
