I’m a big fan of online shopping – I mean who doesn’t love shopping from bed? There are some things that are better to buy in person, like clothes, but there are some things that are better value or just easier to buy online. If you’re wondering what’s worth getting from the comfort of your own home or bed, then keep reading to see my top 4 things that are cheaper and better to buy online:
1. Books
I love reading and each week I have a rotation of audiobooks and ebooks that I’m reading. If I were to read traditional books, I’d be spending a small fortune each week. Thankfully ebooks are generally considerably cheaper than paperbacks, and you can just use your smartphone to read them. It’s also great because you can choose a book you want to read and literally be reading it a minute later – it’s so easy. There’s also an incredible range of books available online, from all the most popular books right through to books by Indie authors, meaning you’ve always got something new to read.
2. Herbal Products
If you’re into smoking, then chances are you’re going to want to buy the best quality products. When you’re shopping in stores, it can be harder to research the brand and know what you’re really getting. Whereas online you can research the brand, ingredients and so forth from the comfort of your own home. I personally think westcoastex.net and cannabispromotions.com offer a great range of products. You’ll also find that the prices online will be much more affordable as there are lower overheads.
3. Electronics
I find it really hard to buy electronics in store because it’s hard to compare all the specifications and so prefer shopping online where I can see all the information clearly and easily compare it. You also have some options with electronics to save, such as looking to buy parallel imports which are the same product but that is usually sold in a different country, but imported to where you live, which sometimes can result in saving hundreds of dollars. Just be careful to read reviews to make sure other shoppers are happy with their purchases.
4. Mattresses
When it’s time to upgrade to a new mattress, you might be hesitant to buy it online, but many mattress companies offer a 90 day trial period so you can test it out and have it returned if you don’t love it. Mattresses are also really big and tricky to transport, so having them delivered when you purchase online can be a huge time and money saver. It’s something you wouldn’t think would be great to buy online, but the reality is that it’s just so much easier!
